Subscription Period: means the fixed period of time applicable to a subscription license set forth in an applicable Order Confirmation for which Licensee is licensed to use the Software.
Usage: means the number of fixtured cricket matches that can be scheduled to be streamed under the plan. The match must be available to score on the integrated LiveScore App.
Match Card: means the online destination where your FrogBox features including live stream, replay, automated highlights will be publicly available. Your geographical location, governing body affiliation including any licenced and/or sponsored apps will determine where your match cards are publicly available.
FrogBox.Live: means an aggregated match centre that houses FrogBox match cards.
Play-Cricket.com: mean the England and Wales Cricket Board’s publicly available online competition portal that houses FrogBox match cards for affiliated customers.
Governing Body Match Centre: means the match centre application that houses FrogBox match cards for the Governing Bodies affiliated FrogBox customers or matches.
Match Day support service (Chat Service): means the availability for a remote match day technician to be available via a chat service to assist with onsite operations.
Weekend Peak: means the chat service will be in operation between the hours of 10:00am and 2:00pm (Melbourne Time) or (BST) on weekends during the regular summer cricket season period. Standard response times during weekend peak are to be within 30 minutes.
Remote match day technician: Match Day Remote technician for a single day, that provides peace of mind for you important match that someone is available to assist with match day support of any streaming issues or questions on match day. The technician is capable of remote troubleshooting where applicable and actively monitoring your stream.
New device connection: Connection fee to link an external device (encoder) to your streaming pass account.
