Return Policy

This policy is in addition to your rights under any applicable laws, including the Australian Consumer Law, or any manufacturer warranty that comes with any goods that we sell you and should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions.

If something is wrong with your purchase or you are experiencing difficulties then please first consult the relevant documentation or our support site.  If you are unable to resolve the issue then please contact us by raising a support ticket and we will begin the process to explore potential options, including workarounds, repairs, exchanges and refunds (in part or full).

We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of your purchase prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.

Any return, if accepted by us, must be accompanied by proof of purchase, including the tax invoice issued by us.

All returns require a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN) which will be allocated by us.

We will advise how and where your purchase is to be returned (at your cost) including by mail, courier, drop off or pick-up.

Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair goods. You may be required to pay labour, assessment and/or freight fees, such as where goods are assessed to have been damaged by misuse or accident, or where your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or any manufacturer’s warranty do not apply. We may provide you with an indicative fee, which fee may vary due to reasons beyond our control.

We may elect to return the product to the manufacturer’s repair agent to determine the nature of the problem.

To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right not to offer a repair, exchange or refund to the extent that the fault is a result of an accident; damage, misuse or neglect by you or any third party; fair wear and tear; or causes outside our control.

We do not accept ‘change of mind’ returns, so please choose your purchases carefully.

Finally, in processing a return or supporting you we might require your personal information/data and we might share that information/data with necessary third parties to process the return, including, without limitation, couriers, repairers and manufacturers. We will handle your information and data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
